Dr. Wedding and Dr. Thompson recommend soaking your aligners a 1:1 ratio of hydrogen peroxide and water for 10 minutes and use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean. If all else fails, opt for a gentle clear soap. Remember to keep your toothpaste away — toothpaste can scratch aligners.
